Thank you for visiting my website! As my Bat Mitzvah project I choose to raise money for a kibbutz in Israel. If you are not familiar with the term kibbutz it is a very small rural community built on a farm. The community provides jobs, education, daycare, and much more to the citizens.  The citizens rely on their dairy farm as well as crop growing fields as their only source of income. This particular kibbutz, Kibbutz Nahal Oz was hit very hard on the October 7th attack. Since it is only 0.75 miles away from the Gaza border over 250 terrorists were able to successfully destroy their whole source of income as well as murder 15 members of the community and kidnapped 8, 2 of which are still being held in Gaza. I was privileged to be able to meet a young girl my age named Noga who is from this community. We discovered that we shared many interests and that we were very similar. Her community has been working very hard to rebuild their homes and their spirits. I hope you will join us in contributing to this effort.
